We believe happy people build vibrant communities, and we mean that literally.

It's why we host regular resident events and volunteer days, run donation drives, and work with the businesses down the street. It's also why so many of our communities have amenities designed around the people who live in them, like EV charging, pollinator programs, even hydroponic farms. Twenty-plus years of this, from the western US to Chicago, and we couldn't be more excited to bring that same spirit to Collins on Pine.
