    • How do I apply for an apartment at Collins on Pine?

      To apply, visit the Floorplans page, select your desired unit, and click "Apply Now." Each applicant over 18 must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 per person is required.

    • What documents are needed for the application process?

      After submitting your application, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your income documents through Links's third-party verification partner, Vero.

    • How long does the approval process take?

      Typically, you'll receive a decision within 24-48 hours after submitting your application and payment.

    • When is rent due, and are there late fees?

      Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There's a grace period through the 6th, with late fees starting on the 7th.

    • What are the lease terms?

      We offer 12-16 month lease terms based on availability.


    • Does Collins on Pine offer affordable housing?

      Yes, Collins on Pine participates in Seattle's Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, which makes a select number of our apartment homes available at below-market rents for income-qualified residents. These are in the same building with full access to all of Link's amenities. Eligibility is simply based on household income relative to Seattle's Area Median Income (AMI).
